The Challenge
As a pre-launch insurance provider, the company faced several critical challenges in establishing a secure and scalable cloud infrastructure. SnapSoft's Solution
SnapSoft designed and deployed a scalable AWS environment tailored to the company’s needs, ensuring a secure and efficient cloud infrastructure. The solution included a robust AWS Landing Zone with a multi-region architecture built on best-practice configurations to support scalability and security. To accommodate operational requirements, SnapSoft implemented a structured multi-environment deployment, segregating production, disaster recovery, development, QA, and research environments.
Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform was leveraged to automate deployment processes, minimizing manual configurations and ensuring reproducibility. Security and compliance were integral to the design, incorporating AWS NIST conformance packs, IAM federation with Microsoft Entra ID, and comprehensive logging and monitoring solutions. Additionally, a disaster recovery strategy was implemented, featuring production-to-DR replication to enhance high availability and business continuity, ensuring the cloud infrastructure was resilient, compliant, and optimized for future growth.
