What is the home office policy at SnapSoft?
Hybrid working style is the new normal at SnapSoft. We will always welcome you if we can meet you in the SnapSoft HQ, but we support work from home as well.
What is our learning and development strategy?
Continuous learning is one of our core values. Based on the decision of our management we can always allocate enough time to develop our professional skills whether it is an online workshop (e.g. AWS certification) or an onsite course. In addition, we are on to build an internal knowledge base so you can discuss the most important technological changes with your colleague on a monthly basis.

Recruitment process

These are the steps of our hiring flow:

Application
Check our open positions and send us your detailed CV through our career site. Share with us your github or stackoverflow profile as well!

Pre screen call
If your professional experience suggests that you would be a good fit for one of our open positions, one of our recruiters will reach out to schedule a video call and get to know more about you.

Homework
If we find the common ground, we will send you our coding challenge. We would like to see your task and problem solving capabilities, so we came up with a real-life programming task for you.

Interview
If your coding solution is good, or fascinating then we will invite you to an in-person, 90 minutes meeting with our Hiring & HR Managers. You will have a chance to present us with your coding solutions and technical knowledge and we would like to know more about your engineering approach.

Offer
If you performed well during the interview process, we will be interested to work with you. Before you get our written job offer, our HR Manager will contact you by phone to present it to you.

Onboarding
Congratulations – you are hired! Before your first day at work, we will reach out to you to prepare the paperwork. On your first day, your buddies will welcome and help you to navigate the SnapSoft community. Remember, we are always available if you have any questions.
